Xin Chào! I’m Cindy, a Vietnamese-American Senior Product Designer based in New York, New York ✈️
With a background in Industrial Design and Economics, I believe true innovation is a blend of art, science, and an astute understanding of customers and markets. My undergraduate career at Georgia Tech involved a wide-breathe of projects in commercial and tech industries, where I had opportunities to collaborate with clients to tackle their toughest problems.
Previously, I was at Deloitte Consulting delivering data-driven enterprise applications for clients in supply chain, fintech, and beyond. Today, I continue to hone my craft in the world of digital product design as a Senior Product Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Discovery
The goal of the Discover phase is to gather all quantitative and qualitative research from data dictionaries to stakeholder interviews and fill in any knowledge gaps. The team must understand the product’s context for existence to enable data-driven decision making in the next phase.
Define
The goal of the Define phase is to scope the project, define business objectives, and create a plan of cooperation and communication. It also includes drawing insights from the research collected and moving from “what” stakeholders want/think/need to “why” they want/think/need it.
Design
The goal of the Design phase is to ideate, test, and validate concepts that address stakeholders' wants, needs, and expectations. The team works on various activities, spanning from information architecture to UI design, in a collaborative and iterative fashion with functional and technical inputs.

Deliver
The goal of the Deliver phase is to package design artifacts, such as high fidelity wireframes and prototypes, for hand-off. If applicable, the team also supports development with testing and quality assurance to ensure the designs meet technical constraints and ultimately, launch the product.
